STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SERVICES
Free fifteen-minute phone or skype consultation. This is used to determine if you and Chris are the right fit for one another and to discuss goals and expectations.
INITIAL SESSION (60-75 minutes, includes assessment) • $90

Sessions can be used for corrective exercises, high intensity training, or high performance athletic training. Chris will work with you to develop a program with appropriate session lengths based on your goals, training history, time commitment and budget.
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Build strength, build fitness, build camaraderie, and build yourself. Create your own “team” environment and train like an athlete. Small group strength & conditioning is easier on the pocket book but also gives you the structure and support to succeed.
Three person minimum, six person maximum. Train once, twice or three times a week for 60-minute sessions. All groups must commit to a package of 10 sessions. The bigger your group the lower your rates.
3 people 10 class package is $500 per person ($50 per person/per session)
4 people 10 class package is $450 per person ($45 per person/per session)
5 people 10 class package is $400 per person ($40 per person/per session)
6 people 10 class package is $350 per person ($35 per person/per session)
10 class packages have a three month expiration date from date of first training session.
PROGRAM DESIGN (4-week phases)*
Individual • $300 (includes initial assessment and one 60-minute private session)

Functional Movement Screen (FMS) • An assessment of fundamental movement patterns used to identify imbalances in mobility and/or stability which could lead to injury, pain, or faulty movement patterns. This screening is appropriate for the athlete and non-athlete or anyone experiencing discomfort in movement. The results of this assessment are used to create a corrective exercise program that can help get you back on track with your daily and sports activities.
FMS Assessment only • $110 for individuals
FMS Assessment with one corrective exercise session • $200 for individuals

Team Consulting • Chris is available for coordinating and implementing dryland camps, in-season programs, off-season programs, and training facility set-ups. Call for details, pricing, and availability.
International Team Consulting • Chris has experience restructuring and implementing team programs overseas in Europe and Asia on short-term and long-term basis. Call for details, pricing, and availability.
