Chris offers off-season training for individuals, small groups, and teams of all levels. He specializes in educating and improving athletes in all aspects of performance enhancement:

With eleven years of experience working with professional ice hockey players, both in-season and off-season, Chris can tailor a program to your individual and team needs helping you reach your goals and get ready for the upcoming season.
Most sessions begin in June and will be offered in Minneapolis locations. In-season training is also and option, contact Chris for details. Programs consist of three or four days per week of training.
All athletes will undergo a series of testing to develop a baseline of where they are at as well as look for areas that need improving. They will also be re-tested often throughout the summer to monitor progress.
