FOOD EDUCATION • HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE SERVICES
Free fifteen-minute phone or skype consultation. This is used to determine if you and Chris are the right fit for one another and to discuss goals and expectations.
INITIAL SESSION (60-75 minutes) • $150
An initial session will come after the client has spent seven days food journaling and has completed the nutritional assessment form. During this session (phone, skype, or in-person) we will discuss your goals and potential obstacles as well as begin the process of implementing lifestyle changes.
SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS
30-minute session • $75
60-minute session • $100
Metabolic Typing Assessment • An individualized assessment-based program designed to meet your unique metabolic (how your body processes nutrients) requirements. This assessments gives us a better lens for looking at what foods provide you with optimal nutrition and energy.
Basic Metabolic Typing • includes the assessment and one 60-minute initial consultation (phone or skype) • $175 per individual.
Metabolic Typing Package • includes the assessment, 60-minute initial consultation and three 30-minute follow up sessions (phone or skype) • $375 per individual.

Food Education Presentations • Chris is able to speak on a variety of food education topics including food sensitivities, cooking techniques, getting reconnected to real food, nutrition for athletes, and digestive health. Call for pricing and details. For public presentations check PRESENTATIONS.
Food Education Cooking Classes • Is cooking a daunting task? Are you unsure of your way around that room called the “kitchen”? Invite Chris into your home for private cooking instruction that can give you basic tools to be able to nourish yourself and your family. Basic cooking subjects can include: Knife Skills 101, Veggies 101, How to Stock a Healthy Kitchen, Weekly Family Eating, and other cooking techniques such as sauteing, braising, and roasting. Call for pricing and details. All classes are 2-3 hours and have a four-person maximum.
